My name is Krystina Agard.  I began playing basketball at 8 years old was very active playing for both my school teams and AAU throughout my childhood. I attended August Martin High school where I was a 1000 point scorer and led the PSAL in points my senior year. I was awarded a scholarship at Division 2 Concordia College where I also was a 1000 point scorer. Several years after graduating I returned to Concordia College where I worked for a year as an assistant coach for the women’s team. During this year the team was able to make the conference tournament for the first time in history. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience coaching at the collegiate level. I had many coaches throughout my years of playing basketball and every coach helped shaped my life in some way and inspired me to want to become a coach. Playing basketball has afforded me many great opportunities and I take pride in coaching as I am able to assist youth with gaining these same experiences.
