Ramsey developed a love for the game as a young teenager and is a product of CHSAA powerhouse Nazareth Regional HS and NYC Coaching Legend Ted Gustus. Ramsey also played Div. II level in the competitive Mason-Dixon Conference and East Coast Conference during his collegiate career and graduated with a Bachelors's degree in Business Management with a double minor concentration. 

 

Ramsey has experience coaching and training youth basketball from ages 6 to 18 at various camps and clinics including USA Basketball, Jr. NBA, CYO, PAL, and AAU Basketball.  Ramsey is a USA Basketball Gold Standard Certified Coach with more than 34 years invested in the game, he has compiled a great deal of knowledge on how to prepare and train for basketball. Ramsey believes that "Great defense creates easy offense". His gift for training, patience, and the passion he demonstrates in each and every training session has proved to be a recipe for success, not only in basketball but in life.
